Ketogenic Diet

I have to share this fascinating video presented by Ivor Cumming where he and Dr Jeff Gerber interviews  Andrew Scarborough.  Andrew  was suffering from fatigue, headaches and seizures. He discovered that he had the most serious brain cancer Anaplastic astrocytoma. Andrew developed his own customized ketogenic diet to treat his disease and the results are a amazing.

Lunch eating out LCHF

Yakitori is made of several bite-sized pieces of chicken meat, it’s a nice choice for a low carb dish as long as it’s not marinated in sugar.  I also ordered pork belly skewers and wagyu beef skewers that contains more fat to fulfil my hunger.  Please take a look at this blog blog http://ilonadesign.blogspot.sg/#uds-search-results  where you can find several studies regarding the importance of fat intake.

Beef Korma

I made the most delicious Beef Korma last night.  I used less water this time to make a more intense flavour.  The oxtail or any kind of meat on the bone is so nutritious.  Check out  this link for a helpful guide of the health benefits of bone broth.
