Why eat LCHF 

 Benefits

If you are obese you will lose weight.  The blood sugar becomes stabilized and that will prevent metabolic syndromes. Example of metabolic syndrome diseases are obese, high blood pressure, high blood sugar levels, high blood fat levels and heart diseases.

What to eat
Meat -pork, beef, game meat, poultry with the fat,skin and bone, it contains vitamins and minerals. Grass fed if possible.
Seafood-Fatty fish such as herring, salmon, mackerel, oysters, clams. Wild caught if possible.
Eggs
Butter
Heavy Cream
Vegetable grown above the ground-avocado, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, eggplant, spinach,  lettuce, zucchini, onions, peppers, mushrooms.

Avoid
Sugar- Sodas, fruit juice,sport drinks, alcohol, cakes, candy, ice cream, cereals, pastries, fruits, sweetened sauces.
Starch-Bread, pasta, rice, noodles, potatoes, french fries, vegetables that grows below the ground.
